Product introduction:

Based on the insulating silica gel material and the insulating coating robot technology of the ultra-light bare overhead conductor, the fast and automatic insulation of the bare overhead conductor up to and including 35 kv in the distribution network can be realized under the condition of no power-off, and it has a long service life.
The equipment is mainly composed of coating robot, control system, power supply (carp battery) and so on. It uses insulated pole to hang up the line, can be on line automatically, does not need the bucket arm car auiliary work, the operation is convenient, it can realize fast and automatic coating for long distance in the field and in the air.
The material is a single component, can be room temperature, moisture curing liquid ultra-light insulating silica gel, cured with excellent insulation performance, excellent UV resistance, good adhesion to metal, good mechanical wear resistance and good heat resistance and water vapor permeability.

Construction conditions

The temperature of the substrate should be less than 5℃, the weather should be good, no rain or snow and so on.

Works

01 preparation before construction

a) professionals measure overhead conductor diameter, pitch and other parameters

b) the insulating silica gel is placed on the corresponding parts of the coating robot and fixed for use

c) one end of the matching plastic hose is connected to the outlet of the silicone material barrel, and the other end is connected to the machine die head

02Works

a) automatically wire the coating robot to the end of the overhead wire to be coated

b) connect and debug the remote control system to control the robot on the ground

c) the computer control interface selects the corresponding wire diameter, starts the device to start the coating

d) after the coating, the robot automatically off-line, replacement of new paint, re-online coating.
